At Solomons Europe, we are a Chartered Quantity Surveying practice dedicated to delivering NEC4 excellence. For over 25 years, we’ve supported clients and contractors across the UK’s most complex infrastructure, energy, and engineering projects — delivering commercial assurance, contract administration, and project outcomes built on trust and collaboration.
What sets us apart is not only our technical mastery of NEC4, but also our people-focused approach. Using proven models such as Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviours®, we help project teams work more effectively together — ensuring NEC4’s ethos of mutual trust and cooperation is lived out in practice, not just in principle.
Our ambition is clear: to be the UK’s No.1 NEC4 QS Consultancy — the partner of choice for clients seeking certainty, innovation, and collaborative project delivery, and the career home of choice for professionals who want to grow, lead, and make an impact.
We believe NEC4, when combined with collaborative behaviours, transforms projects and careers.
Our mission is to set the benchmark for NEC4 Quantity Surveying in the UK.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SUCCESS.
Experience.
With over 25 years in the industry and expertise honed through supporting contracts and frameworks on behalf of anchor institutions through to specialist subcontractors, we bring a proven track record of delivering successful projects and pioneering better ways of working.
Expertise.
Our specialists are leaders in NEC4 and aligned best practices, ensuring projects are delivered with precision, foresight, and innovation. As part of our Capability Enhancement service, we go further by strengthening the skills of the project teams we work alongside — embedding best practice in NEC4 delivery, building confidence, and supporting continuous professional development to secure long-term success across the enterprise.
Collaboration.
We embed collaborative behaviours into every project team. Through models such as Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviours, we build trust, accountability, and open communication — ensuring NEC4’s ethos of mutual trust and cooperation is lived out in practice and not just in principle.
Impact.
We are passionate about the wider socio-economic outcomes of major projects in our regions. Through our Matchmaker service, we actively engage local and regional SMEs, helping to strengthen supply chains and create opportunities that deliver long-term value beyond the project outturn cost. By connecting major projects with regional capability, we support employment, growth, and resilient communities.
Insight.
Our Team Insights model provides clarity far beyond traditional reporting. By capturing lessons for experience (LfE) and sharing best practice across teams, we enable continuous improvement in day-to-day NEC4 delivery — giving clients greater confidence and better outcomes on every project.
OUR LEADERSHIP.
Our leadership team has grown from within, a testament to our culture of recognising and developing talent. Every Board member has progressed through dedication to client service, technical excellence, and shared values.
We actively seek potential within our teams rather than relying solely on external recruitment. We value people who are eager to learn, motivated to grow, and committed to the highest standards — no matter their age or experience.
This culture of continuous development ensures our people remain fully aligned with our values, our strategic direction, and the quality of service we deliver. It also guarantees that ambition and talent are rewarded with opportunity.
The journeys of our leaders demonstrate what is possible in a business that supports growth and champions innovation, proof that our people truly are the foundation of our success.
